Prior to joining HoganWillig, Mr. London spent five years in the offices of HoganWillig as a sole practitioner. He is a valuable addition to the Corporate & Business Law department serving as Special Counsel.. In law school, Mr. London specialized in taxation and after graduation joined a large firm in Buffalo where his practice emphasized tax planning for businesses, individuals, and estates. Mr. London established his own practice which over the years grew through referrals from clients, accountants, and lawyers. His business clients are both small and large U.S. and Canadian companies and credit unions. "When clients have had unusual challenges I have often been able to fashion unique solutions which enabled a transaction to occur. I believe it is not sufficient for a lawyer to tell a client why something can't be done - it is a lawyer's responsibility to try to figure out a way to do it.". Mr. London also represented individual clients in most areas of the law including estate planning, real estate transactions, creating trusts and administering estates. Michael Reiser is an Associate Attorney practicing in the firm’s Corporate and Business Department, and handles contract formation and enforcement, corporate matters, collections, and property matters.. Mr. Reiser obtained his B.A. in English, with a minor in Political Science, from John Carroll University, in Cleveland, Ohio.  Mr. Reiser received his Juris Doctor from SUNY Buffalo Law School in 2016, graduating cum laude.. Before joining HoganWillig, Mr. Reiser practiced in real estate, mortgage servicing, mortgage foreclosure litigation, and title resolution.

Amanda Wyzykiewicz currently focuses her practice in our firm’s Corporate & Business Law department. As an associate, she frequently assists with complicated financial and tax matters in many different departments, including: our marital group,concentrating on the valuation of business entities; the estate and estate planning group, in which she analyzes the tax implications of high-wealth individuals’ estate plans; and, finally, in various business litigation matters. Amanda's financial and corporate expertise is also utilized extensively by the white collar crimes unit within HoganWillig’s criminal department.. Ms. Wyzykiewicz obtained a B.S. from University at Buffalo’s Business Administration Registered Accounting Program in 2002. While in law school at University at Buffalo, she interned at the Buffalo office of the IRS.  After graduating with her J.D. in 2005, and prior to joining HoganWillig, Ms. Wyzykiewicz worked as a staff attorney at a large multinational firm in Washington D.C. where her practice focused on electronic discovery.
