Thereafter, he accepted a position as a Deputy County Attorney for the Yavapai County Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted misdemeanor and felony cases. Additionally, he worked within the civil division where he successfully defended Yavapai County against civil suits and provided contractual and general legal advice to elected officials.
