I represent institutional lenders in the financing and servicing of a broad range of lending products secured by commercial and multifamily residential real estate assets, including mortgage loans, mezzanine loans and participation interests.. The primary focus of my practice involves repurchase (warehouse) facilities and other secured lending facilities collateralized by commercial real estate loans.
