Brad Goodwin represented countless clients in a wide variety of areas of law, including workers compensation, personal injury, domestic and family law, civil litigation, estate planning, employment law, criminal and traffic law. Over time Brad has focused his practice primarily on helping injured workers pursue their claims through the Workers’ Compensation Commission, although he also dedicates some time to assisting clients in other cases where he has vast experience.. After a brief time practicing in Fredericksburg, Virginia, Brad returned to the Richmond area in 2010 to co-found Reid Goodwin. Brad has a strong commitment to being involved in the community and helping to ensure the residents of the Richmond area receive the representation and attention they deserve.. Brad has argued successfully in the Court of Appeals of Virginia, Workers’ Compensation Commission, the Virginia Employment Commission, and numerous Circuit Courts, General District Courts and administrative proceedings all throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.. In his spare time, Brad has a passion for music and athletics. Brad has been a member of multiple musical groups, often volunteering his time to provide entertainment at charity events. He also participates in various recreational leagues and races throughout the year.

After graduating from the University of Virginia Law School, I clerked for the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Virginia. I run a Women's Injury Law Center, an Adoption & Surrogacy Law Center and an Employment and Personal Injury Law Center. We also operate a QLC Internship Program with over 120 interns coming through since 2005 ranging from high school to law school. When not practing law or serving on various Boards or giving presentations, I teach aerobics, play tennis, cycle, scuba dive, water and snow ski, travel, hike and try to spend time with my family including my twin sons and step-son.
