Thomas P. Mr. Bradley is the Legal Advisor to CALSAGA.  He is also a regular contributing author to security publications, such as Observed & Reported and Security Executive.  He authored California's required legal training modules for security officers published by CALSAGA.  His articles have appeared in numerous publications in several states throughout the security industry..
