Jay Solnick earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Brandeis University in Boston, Massachusetts and a law degree from Temple University School of Law. Jay has extensive experience litigating a wide variety of cases and claims in the state and federal courts of southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Anna has worked with elders and persons with special needs, helping to create legal plans and strategies to maintain independence and access appropriate care. She also drafts estate plans for parents of minor children and children with ongoing needs. Anna authored Pennsylvania’s law treatise on special needs. planning, “PA Special Needs Planning: A Handbook for Attorneys and Trustees of Special Needs Trusts.” She is an active member of the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys and the Montgomery County Bar Association’s Elder Law Committee.
