After receiving my law degree from the University of Missouri Kansas City, it was my privilege to serve as a judicial law clerk at the Missouri Court of Appeals, for Judge Ronald Holliger.  Working for the Court provided me with valuable experience and solidified my broad understanding of the law and of the importance of legal procedure in the development of a case.. Adam Krause is one of the founding partners of the Krause & Kinsman Law Firm. He was born and raised in the Kansas City area. He earned his law degree from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Law with an emphasis in trial practice and litigation.. Prior to law school Adam studied human  biology at the University of Kansas. Adam still uses the knowledge he aquired while at the University of Kansas when reviewing medical records, consulting with doctors and other expert witnesses and talking with clients about their injuries.. Adam also worked for a large pharmaceutial company selling antipsychotic medications. Working inside one of the biggest pharmaceutial companies allwed Adam to learn the inner workings of the pharma industry, which he now uses in his mass tort litigation practice.. For three weeks Adam attended the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyer's College in Wyoming where he worked vigourously on learning how to try cases from Gerry Spence- who is considered one of the best trial lawyers of all time..
