Firm: Law Office of Mark Piland

Raised in a small west Texas town where I learned the value of hard work, and continued that at the University of Texas at Austin where I graduated in the top 10% of my business class with an accounting degree, then attended Texas Tech Law School where I began my work experience.  Upon graduation I worked for a small town law firm in west Texas, became grounded in a general practice, then was appointed prosecutor, an elected position, where I served for 10 years gaining criminal law experience in west Texas.. In 2003 I established the Law Office of E. Mark Piland in Granbury Texas where my wife and I raised our three children.  For the last 10 years I have played keyboards in the Lakeside Baptist worship band; and also served as an ordained deacon.  Married to Tina Piland for 26 years, we have worked together from the beginning in the law office serving families who face legal challenges.  We have been fortunate to be assisted by others who are capable of great support.  Along the way, we are thankful that others have mentored us as we have expanded our experience and encouraged us with great support for the law practice.  It is a pleasure to help people solve their transactional problems and personal problems in various areas of the law.
