I have been practicing labor and employment law since I graduated from Marquette University Law School in 1982.  I joined Krukowski & Costello, S.C. in 1980 and became a shareholder in 1986.. Majority of my practice centers on matters arising under the National Labor Relations Act, including union organizing and unfair labor practices brough by or against labor organizations, NLRB proceedings, arbitrations and labor audits.  I regularly negotiate collective bargaining agreementgs and Title VII litigation and matters involving disability, discrimination, employment contracts, wage and hour issues, worker's compensation, unemployment insurance and OSHA.  A significant portion of my practice involves non-compete and confidentiality agreement litigation..
