Mr. Nguyen is a Houston native who speaks English and Vietnamese fluently.  He received his bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Houston in 2011.  Subsequently, he earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law in 2014.  Mr. Nguyen joined Pusch & Nguyen after graduating, where he focuses on all aspects of litigation for cases involving serious injuries.

Mr. McLemore handles numerous cases involving catastrophic personal injury, oil field  injury, wrongful death, stolen profits, business disputes, breach of contract actions, debt collection and complex business litigation.. In law school, Scott was inducted into the Order of the Barristers and received an American Jurisprudence Award for Trial Advocacy while also participating as an advocate both in the National Mock Trial and Moot Court Programs at South Texas College of Law. He obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1997 from South Texas College of Law, after attending Huntingdon in Montgomery Alabama, obtaining a degree with a degree in Finance.. Mr. McLemore, as an associate, was a member of the trial team in 1999 responsible for a one of the Nations largest verdicts involving the recalled diet drug Fen Phen for $150mm. Scott also received a $30mm arbitration award in products liability action involving defective equipment resulting in quadriplegia. Recently, in 2010, Scott was a member of trial team responsible for obtaining a $393 mm, involving theft of trade secrets, fraud and breach of fiduciary duty involving oil and gas interests. In 2009, Scott Participated in a $2.9mm verdict for client involving an 18 wheeler collision.. In 2011, Scott was honored by the National Trial Lawyers and named as on of the "Top 40 Under 40". Mr. McLemore is AV Rated - Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell. McLemore has been featured in Texas Monthly, was named as a Super Lawyer, Texas Rising Star in 2004 and 2008-2012, and featured in H Magazine as a "Lawyer on the Fast Track. Mr. Katz earned his Eagle Scout and graduated from Wayne Hills High School in New Jersey in 1992.  He then received a Bachelor of Science in Geological Sciences from Rutgers University in 1996 and received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Rutgers University School of Law in 1999. At Rutgers University, he was on the lightweight crew team for four years earning three varsity letters and received the Scholar-Athlete award for having the highest G.P.A. on the team.  Mr. Katz's intellectual property experience is focused primarily on the areas of U.S. and foreign applications for patent, including applications relating to oil exploration, petroleum engineering, off-shore technology, mechanical, chemical, refining technologies and computer technologies.  Mr. Katz's intellectual property litigation experience focuses primarily on the areas of patent infringement and licensing, validity and patentability opinions.. While in Law School, Mr. Katz worked as a legislative aide. As a legislative aide, he handled requests from constituents and lobbyists with state agencies and evaluated and drafted legislation for the Assemblyman, constituents and lobbyists.. In 2000, Mr. Katz joined ExxonMobil as a patent attorney for the Upstream Research Company. At the Upstream Research Company he drafted and prosecuted a worldwide patent docket for several divisions and Imperial Oil in Canada. He handled all legal requests as primary attorney for the reservoir management division including corporate, transactional work, contracts, licensing agreements, and joint industry research, exploration and production projects.. In 2005, Mr. Katz was transferred to Downstream Research and Engineering at ExxonMobil and focused on refining and chemical finished products primarily drafting and prosecuting patents worldwide. He also negotiated and drafted licensing, technology, joint research agreements, freedom to operate surveys, counseled clients and created a new foreign filing procedure that saved several million dollars in transactional and legal costs each year.. Since 2010, Mr. Katz has represented private clients and start-up companies, with intellectual property, financing, transactional work and litigation services. Mr. Jeffrey Fultz has been actively engaged in civil defense litigation in a wide range of cases in both State and Federal Court in Texas and Mississippi, including products liability, medical malpractice, insurance coverage disputes, general personal injury and toxic tort/environmental litigation.
