As a litigator, Mr. Perdue has seen some of the worse conduct.  Mr. Perdue worked on cases involving patient neglect and even abuse.  Mr. Perdue has represented injured individuals ranging from a woman that suffers from quadraparesis as a result of negligent care during a posterior cervical laminectomy and fusion to an individual that suffered head trauma after being struck by a careless driver while riding her bicycle training for the MS 150.  Mr. Perdue began his legal career defending large corporations (i.e. TXU Energy and Fluor Corporation) in major plant accidents involving catastrophic injuries to workers.  Mr. Perdue brings his years of experience and background in large and complex matters to the table each time he represents his clients.. Joe Perdue earned his Law Degree (‘J.D.’) from South Texas College of Law. While at South Texas College of Law, Mr. Perdue studied International and Environmental Law at the University of Malta.
