A.J. Serafini, a lifelong resident of Hagerstown, Maryland, is the son of Andrew Serafini, Sr., a former State Senator for Washington County. He graduated from Grace Academy in 2005, then earned a B.S. in Government from Liberty University in just three years, graduating summa cum laude in 2008.
