Oza is an attorney who has devoted his entire practice to immigration law and has over a decade of experience in the field.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Public Policy Analysis and Political Science.  He obtained his Masters of Arts in Teaching from the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD and later graduated from teh Case Western Reserve University Law School in Cleveland, Ohio, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate. Attorney Oza has been admitted to the state bars of North Carolina and Ohio and also before the Third, Fourth, Sixth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals for teh United States.  Attorney Oza is also  member of the Federal Bar Association.. Prior to becoming an attorney, Attorney Oza worked as teacher, first in Baltimore, MD where he taught 7th and 8th grade Social Studies and Mathematics and later in Shimabara, Japan, where he taught high school English immersion.  He is  familiar with both the Japanese and Gujarati languages and his wide-ranging experience in immigration has helped him to advise clients on preparing the correct strategy for their specific needs.
