As a member of the Family Law Section, Mr. Koense was co-chairman of the Protection From Abuse Committee for the Family Law Section of the Delaware County Bar Association (2001 to 2003); chair of the Technology Committee for the Family Law Section of the Delaware County Bar Association (2003 – 2006); Treasurer for the Family Law Section (2007-2009; 2012-present); Vice Chairperson for the Family Law Section (2010); and was the Chairperson of the Family Law Section (2011)..
