My practice is dedicated to serving families of individuals with disabilities.  As founder and owner of the Arkontaky Law Group P.C, I supervise a team of attorneys and support staff who share the same dedication and vision.  The team assists families in the area of special education advocacy and litigation, special needs planning, guardianship, trust administration and OPWDD and other administrative appeals.  I have been on this journey since my daughter, Jordan was born 32 years ago with severe disabilities.

Jonathan Ettman is a member of the New Jersey Bar and the New York Bar. He graduated cum laude from New York Law School where he was an editor on the New York Law School’s Journal of Human Rights.. In addition to his extensive trial work and arbitration handling a wide range of commercial disputes, he has also argued various appeals before the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court including disputes pertaining to the enforcement of an arbitration provision of a contract and the interpretation and enforcement of loan documents..
