I won an indecent exposure case where the defendant was facing jail time and lifetime sex registration. The client went free, no jail, no probation, and no lifetime registration as a sex offender.. I also won a resisting arrest case where the defendant was charged with assaulting a police officer while resisiting arrest. Because of the outcome of the criminal trial, the defendant was able to succesfully pursue a claim against the police department resulting in a civil settlement.. On my free time I enjoy playing the guitar, reading, yoga, playing chess, and walking my dog.
