I began handling appeals, representing large financial institutions, and when I returned to Montana I served as Chief Legal Counsel for a state agency.. While I enjoyed representing large organizations, I missed the satisfying experience of providing personal service to individuals. So I started the next chapter of Norcott Legal, centrally located in Helena, with an emphasis on personalization and specialization rather than volume driven general practice.. I recognize people spend the majority of their time in personal and professional relationships, which present unique, complex, and sometimes emotional issues. That is why Norcott Legal is dedicated to providing curated and personalized legal solutions for clients in two exclusive practice areas: family law and employment law..
