I am licensed in Montana and Arizona.  As a Montana native and received my law degree from the University of Montana School of Law in 2008.  Since completing my clerkship with the Montana Supreme Court in August 2009, I have been involved in family law practice, estates and trusts, and general civil practice.. I practice in the areas of family law, including Collaborative, mediation, and uncontested, estates and trusts, employment, personal injury, government law, and business.. I believe that family law is about knowing what your options are.  It is important to know that there are different methods for going through these legal processes, and not all of them have to entail a fight.. It is my passion and purpose as a family law attorney to educate my clients about the steps in the process and their options along the way.  I am trained in mediation and collaborative practice and I tailor my approach to meet each client's specific needs.. I believe that using the right approach to address your family's legal issues will minimize emotional and financial costs for all involved.  I am a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, Montana Collaborative Professionals, Civil Collaborative Professionals, and the Helena Mediation and Collaborative Law Center..
