I have been an attorney since 1994, practicing in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I've recently rejoined Stevenson & Lynch, P.C. after spending the eight years working for insurance companies and their insureds in civil litigation defense. I also frequently handled cases resolved through arbitration. My practice also included the defense of insurance companies in M.G.L. c. 93A/176D bad faith claims. Because I spent many years defending claims and working closely with insurance companies, I know how they view and handle claims.
