Immediately prior to forming Curro Law LLC, Matt practiced in the Financial Restructuring group of Goodwin Procter LLP, another preeminent international law firm. At Goodwin, Matt’s practice was broad-based, and included representing creditors and debtors in complex restructuring situations, as well as a number of clients in various corporate and debt transactions..
