I was an oil/gas landman for a couple of decades.  Being a landman exposed me to a plethora of conflicts between corporations, landowners, employees (as a manager) and criminal actors.  I'm also a real estate broker and have negotiated many transactions.  I excelled in writing, trial and appellate work in law school. I received my undergraduate degree in business administration at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in 2005 and my Law degree at Howard University.
