Earl is the current president of the Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association and has served on the board of directors for the past six years.. Earl is a native Houstonian, who spent over twenty-eight years working investigative divisions within the Houston Police Department.  In 1999, Earl was licensed by the State Bar and started prosecuting cases for the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.  Earl started his criminal defense practice in 2003, and has been a continuous member of the College of the State Bar of Texas and the various criminal defense organizations in and around Harris County..
