My practice is devoted primarily to business litigation. Typical matters include commercial landlord / tenant disputes, collection of outstanding accounts, contract disputes, M&M and mineral liens, construction and contractor disputes, judgment enforcement, and tax appeals.  I also have experience from my prior life handling subrogation and personal injury claims, and from my pro bono work handling guardianships..
