While my initial intention was to cater mainly to small, closely held businesses, I have also served as a general counsel for a large, multi-national retail organization, as well as provided counsel for several mid-size companies.. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Irvine, where I graduated magna cum laude.
