In November 2020, David Kirsch formed the Law Offices of David Kirsch, with locations in Queens, Nassau, Suffolk and the Bronx. The focus of his practice is in all areas of Criminal Defense.. From 2012-2020 David Kirsch worked in the Criminal Defense/Disciplinary division of Koehler & Isaacs in December, 2012 in Lower Manhattan. Prior to joining Koehler & Isaacs, Mr. Kirsch worked as an Assistant District Attorney for the Office of the District Attorney, Bronx County. In his six years in that capacity, he was assigned to prosecute and try misdemeanor and felony matters pending in Criminal and Supreme Court. After attending Post University on a baseball scholarship as a pitcher, I graduated from Hofstra Law School.. I began my legal career as a Prosecutor with the Bronx County District Attorney's Office from 2017-2021.. After leaving the Bronx DA's Office, I joined the private sector and expanded my areas of practice in Criminal Defense, Matrimonial, Family, Real Estate, Civil, Estate Planning and Traffic Law.
