Nancy Walker is currently Of Counsel with the law firm of Tin Fulton Walker & Owen, PLLC in Charlotte, NC. She is certified as a Superior Court Mediator. Prior to her mediation practice, she was a skilled litigator with over 25 years of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. Ms. Walker’s practice areas included personal injury litigation, insurance coverage disputes, business litigation and criminal defense. Ms. Walker has successfully tried over 100 jury trials in courts throughout North Carolina and has argued cases in appellate court. She also has negotiated numerous large settlements for clients before having to proceed to court. She has been recognized by her peers as a “Legal Elite” by Business North Carolina and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Mecklenburg County Bar..
