Since beginning his practice over twenty six years ago, Mac Martinson has helped business and real estate clients navigate the legal world. Mac is a 1987 graduate of the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in psychology, and a 1991 graduate of the Cumberland School of Law. While in law school, he served as an Honor Court Justice. He was on the Dean’s List at both The University of Alabama and Samford University.. In addition to his regular clientele, Mac has represented the State of Alabama in road condemnation cases and the town of Triana in sewer condemnation cases. After gaining a Bachelor of Arts in German, with a minor in Business Administration, from the University of Florida, I went to law school at the Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama. I also studied abroad at the University of Durham in England during my time in law school.   I obtained my Juris Doctorate from  the Cumberland School of Law.. I am admitted to practice law in the State of Alabama and also the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Alabama. I am also a member of the National Trial Lawyers, Top 100 Trial Lawyers, the American Bar Association, the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.  I am also a member of the Southeast Land Title Association, the American Land Title Association and my title agency, Madison Title & Closing Services, LLC, is ALTA Best Practices Certified.. Behrouz K. Rahmati is a native of Tehran, Iran, and has lived in Huntsville, Alabama, for thirty years. Following graduation from Jones School of Law, Behrouz started his firm in Huntsville, and has been engaged in the practice of law for sixteen years. Behrouz has represented clients in civil matters in the District and County Court of Denver, Colorado, the Northern District of California at San Jose, and the Immigration Appeal Court in Detroit, Michigan.
