I find that there is both great professional and personal satisfaction in helping someone face and concude a legal matter.  Someone recently said that law offices are pain centers.  My goal is to ease that pain at much as possible under all the circumstances by using my professional and personal life experiences.

Doug’s practice includes divorce, child custody and support, adoption, collections, personal injury, and general litigation.. Doug graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the Marriott School of Management. He then attended West Virginia University College of Law, where he was selected as an Associate Editor of the West Virginia Law Review. Doug completed his law school experience at BYU’s J. Reuben Clark Law School and served as an Executive Editor of the BYU Journal of Public Law during his time there.. After law school, Doug moved home to his native Idaho and worked as a judicial law clerk for Judge Stephen S. Dunn of the Idaho Sixth Judicial District. Doug became a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Bonneville County, and then joined an active litigation and business practice in eastern Idaho.. Doug has worked as an adjunct professor for BYU-Idaho teaching analytical thinking and moral judgment. He is an active member of the Idaho State Bar, Eagle Rock Chapter of the American Inns of Court, and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.. He is a 5th generation Idahoan. He and his wife are the parents of four active children; they enjoy supporting their children’s sports, music, and dance activities. Doug also enjoys reading historical biographies, traveling, and fishing.
