Todd has been practicing in areas of elder law since 1993. He obtained his A.B. in Political Science from Ohio University and his Juris Doctor from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1993. Prior to becoming an attorney Todd worked with the local Long Term Care Ombudsman program, advocating for the rights of long term care consumers. It was then he spent a good deal of time observing some of the problems with people being able to get the care that they deserved and needed. After graduating and passing the bar in 1993, Todd directed a program to assist in the appeals of wrongfully denied Medicare claims. Since that time, Todd has worked both as a solo practitioner and in larger firms to advocate for the elderly. Todd is a regular speaker both in the community and to other lawyers and professionals in the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Medicaid Eligibility, and other subjects. He is a board member and Treasurer of his church, and is married and lives in Rocky River, OH with his family, as well as the family dog, Happy.

Tim is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) through the National Elder Law Foundation and a founding Partner of AlerStallings.  He grew up in Yorktown, Virginia before coming to Ohio for law school.  Nowadays, Tim spends his time helping his clients deal with long-term care.  When he isn’t working, he can be found enjoying the sights and sounds of Cleveland with his wife, Christina.

Raymond is an attorney at Williams Allen Casey LPA.  Born and raised in Northeast Ohio, he obtained a degree in accounting and finance from Walsh University as well as his MBA and law degree from The University of Akron.

Jennifer is an attorney and counselor at law.  She received her B.A. in Social Work in 2005 from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, Summa Cum Laude.  She earned her M.A. in Social Work in 2006 from the University of Akron and her J.D. in 2012 from the University of Akron School of Law.. She joined Scott A. Williams & Associates in 2017 after working of counsel with a local law firm.  Jennifer has significant experience with estate settlements, both in the probate of wills and settlement of living trusts.. Jennifer started her professional career in social work due to her passion for helping people.  After several years in this field, Jennifer opted to attend law school so she could be better positioned to make a significant difference in the lives of her clients.. Jennifer works with clients creating revocable living trusts and simple wills and is primarily responsible for assisting families wind down affairs after the passing of a loved one..
