Ms. Wojciechowski has 2 decades of experience in a broad array of intellectual property, customs and internet matters, primarily including domestic and international representation in trademark prosecution and advising clients on counterfeiting, internet and licensing agreements, domain name disputes, import and export issues, and grey market products. Her practice also includes client counseling, licensing and other intellectual property transactions and contract negotiations.. Ms. Thomasson worked as a legal assistant for a Plaintiff subrogation law firm in Orange, California, for ten years while attending California State University, Fullerton, and the University of La Verne, College of Law. In July 2007, she graduated with her Juris Doctorate from the University of La Verne.. After passing the bar exam on her first try, she accepted a position with a medium-sized professional malpractice defense law firm in Long Beach, California. There she represented hospitals, doctors, nurses, chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals against claims involving malpractice, employment disputes, and disciplinary proceedings. Thomasson has litigated countless cases in state and federal courtrooms and obtained hundreds of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for her clients..
