At a hearing in May 31, 2017 to confirm a reorganization plan that Mr. Gardner helped draft and for which he represented the debtor (In re Advanced Biomedical, Inc., Case Number 8:14-bk-15938-MW), Bankruptcy Judge Mark Wallace stated that “the attorneys did a great job”, a “terrific job”, a “great result” to confirm this plan after two and half years of work to improve the financial performance of the debtor and to sell it to an investor as a going concern for several million dollars.
