Todd routinely advises individuals and small and large corporate clients on issues ranging from general business matters and transactions to litigating complex commercial disputes in state and federal court.  Todd has significant experience in business contract drafting and negotiating and corporate formation, governance, and related matters.  In addition, he has represented individuals, financial institutions, contractors, businesses, and insurance companies in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters involving contract and business disputes, non-compete agreements, banking and commercial transactions, and other complex civil disputes.. Todd moved to Jackson in 1992 and graduated from the University School of Jackson in 1998.  He attended the University of Kentucky where he earned his undergraduate degree in Healthcare Administration with a minor in Economics.  Following his undergraduate studies, he pursued a law degree at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.  Following law school, Todd returned to Jackson, Tennessee where he practiced for eight years with a local law firm before founding Siroky Law, PLC in 2014.  He is married to Lindsey Homra Siroky, a Jackson native, and has two children who are nine and five years old.  He is active in several local organizations, and coaches youth soccer and basketball.  In his free time, Todd enjoys spending time with his family, snow skiing, fly fishing and hunting.

Sara is a partner in the firm of Spragins, Barnett & Cobb, PLC in Jackson, Tennessee. Mrs. Luna graduated from Union University, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in English and History. Mrs. Luna also received an M.S. degree in Counseling from the University of Memphis in 1982, graduating magna cum laude. Mrs. Luna graduated, magna cum laude, from the Nashville School of Law with a Juris Doctorate in 2007, ranking 3rd in a class of 133.. Before and during law school, Teresa Luna worked as a public school teacher for 20 years. First with the Crockett County School System and then the Jackson-Madison County School System. Mrs. Luna had a distinguished career receiving numerous awards including: Tennessee Teacher of the Year, 2000; USA Today Top Twenty Teachers in America, 2002; Recognized at White House as Distinguished Teacher of the Year, 1995; Union University Distinguished Alumnus Award, 2003; Jackson-Madison County Teacher of the Year, 2000; Jackson-Madison County Teacher of the Year, 2007; and Recognized by the Council for Christian Colleges as Top 21 Alumni of the Year, 2004.
