Bryan Ulmer was born in Minnesota and raised in Newcastle, Wyoming.  He received a degree in business administration from the University of Wyoming.  He earned his law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law, graduating with honor, ranked first in his law school class.  After law school Bryan worked as an associate lawyer with The Spence Law Firm.  He has been a partner in the firm since 2000.  Bryan lives in Jackson, Wyoming, with his wife, Vonde, and their three children.

After spending four years working with adjudicated teenagers at a wilderness-based residential treatment center, I returned to get my law degree in hopes of helping people.
