I have supported real estate development projects ranging from owner-occupied small building rehabilitation to sophisticated projects including hundreds of residential units, retail and commercial units, co-ops, integrated social services and government subsidies for affordable housing.. I have advised corporations on matters of public policy, mission development, incorporation, intellectual property and internet policy.. Recently, I have added legal document translations (Spanish to English) to my practice.
