I've been practicing law in Janesville, WI since 2008.  I focus primarily on on family law, which includes divorces, child custody/placement, child support, guardianship, grandparent's rights and child protecticve services matters.  I also regularly handle debt Relief and bankruptcy, estate planning (wills and powers of attorney), probate, real estate and general civil litigation.

I am an attorney at Nowlan & Mouat, LLP in Janesville, Wisconsin. I offer a wide range of services including Estate Planning & Probate, Civil Litigation, Real Estate Law, and Construction Law. My experiences have given me the confidence and skills to stand in a courtroom and advocate on my clients behalf. My experiences also helped me develop the compassion necessary to stand with my clients in difficult times and the fortitude to represent my clients with both tenacity and integrity.

While capably managing the legal aspects of divorce, I communicate openly with clients to make them feel at ease discussing sensitive personal issues. I believe strongly in the value of negotiation in helping my clients reach the best possible settlements while preserving assets. In civil litigation as well, I keep client resources in mind and strive to achieve the best possible resolution that minimizes costs.. I am a member of the Rock County and Wisconsin Bar Associations. I graduated from University of Wisconsin Law School. I serve on the Brodhead School Board and am a member of the Brodhead Jaycees.
