I oversee employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant matters for our firm's university, health system and corporate clients, as well as our self-petitioning researchers, scientists and artists. I assist a variety of institutions and corporations who seek to hire and retain foreign employees, including outstanding researchers and professors; scientists, educators, and artists of extraordinary ability; and those foreign nationals whose work is in the national interest.  I also assist foreign individuals who seek employment in the United States based on their extraordinary ability as a scientist, educator or artist, or based on their nationally important work. I advise employers and foreign nationals on immigration compliance as well as immigration strategy and planning.  In addition, I have experience assisting individuals with personal matters, including family-based immigration matters, consular processing and naturalization..
