Jennifer Hosp was born in Aurora, Colorado. After graduating from high school, Ms. Hosp attended Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, Missouri, where she majored in International Business and Spanish. She studied abroad during the summer of 2011 in Ecuador and during the summer of 2013 in China. She graduated cum laude in December of 2013. In 2015, Ms. Hosp moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas to study law at the University of Arkansas School of Law. She excelled in her studies, joining the Arkansas Law Review and National Appellate Advocacy Competition moot court team.. During law school, Ms. Hosp served as President of the Women’s Law Student Association for two years. She also competed in the National Appellate Advocacy Competition as a brief writer for two consecutive years. During the 2016-2017 academic year, her team won the Best Brief award at the regional competition in Washington, D.C. The following year, her team was one of four from the New York regional competition that advanced to the national competition in Washington, D.C. Additionally, Ms. Hosp served as the Symposium Editor for the Arkansas Law Review for the 2017-2018 academic year. In May of 2018, Ms. Hosp graduated cum laude and received the M. Jeff Starling Award – Labor and Employment Law and the W.B. Putnam American Inn of Court Pupil Award..
