Stu Levin is admitted to practice law in the states of Texas and Connecticut and before various federal courts. He is a 1971 graduate of SyracuseUniversity (A.B. with honors and magna cum laude) and received his juris doctor’s degree from the University of Connecticut (1974, with honors and law review associate editor). Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Levin served on active duty as a U.S. Air Force Assistant Staff Judge Advocate, where he was responsible for military and civilian prosecutions. After being honorably discharged from the Air Force (with an Air Force Commendation Medal), Stu Levin was employed as an in-house attorney by the Panhandle Eastern Corporation (now a part of Duke Energy). He later served Mitchell Energy (now a part of Devon Energy) as Manager of Regulatory Affairs- Gas, and later worked for the Coastal Corporation (now part of El Paso Energy) as a Senior Staff Attorney. He established the firm that evolved into Levin and Atwood in 1989. He is married to Carol Reiss Levin and they have two sons, Jason and Todd (9/5/78-9/26/06), three grandchildren, Hayley, Addison and Parker. Sarah Springer began her career in law in 1980 after earning her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law. In her many years of practice, Sarah has worked as a litigator, mediator, and judge. She served as the state district judge in Mississippi where she covered family law and probate cases, as well as juvenile crime cases. After this, she moved to Katy, Texas and continued to dedicate to herself to clients as a skilled family law attorney – with her experience behind the bench serving as a valuable resource for her clients.. Mr. Behlmann has been an attorney for over 30 years.  The focus of his practice is estate planning, elder law, wealth preservation and family business counseling.. After graduating from Pepperdine University School of Law and clerking at the Texas Supreme Court, I established my own law practice in 1994.. Initially, I practiced in consumer bankruptcy only, handling thousands of chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases.. Over time, I broadened the focus of my practice to where I now assist people in resovling their debts in many different manners, including bankruptcy, debt lawsuit defense, student loan assistance, and debt settlement.  Also, we assist our clients in pursuing consumer law claims they may have against their creditors, including  FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, and Texas Finance Code violations..
