I am a native Houstonian who worked in the oil & gas industry for many years before making the decision to pursue a law degree. I earned my Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in 1995. I am Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and I am a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multimillion-Dollar Advocates Forum. Lastly, I have earned an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating an attorney can receive.. I have decades of experience as a personal injury attorney in Texas. It gives me great pride an honor helping individuals and their families who have suffered tremendous injury and loss due to the carelessness of others.  I have spent my entire career fighting for the justice they deserve.  Consequently, I have handled a wide range of cases throughout the state such as auto accidents, trucking accidents, industrial accidents, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and medical malpractice.. My wife and I have been married for over 26 years.  We have three children, all of whom are graduates of Texas A&M University.  I could not be prouder.  In my spare time I enjoy a round of golf.  However, when nature calls I can be found fighting a trout in Galveston Bay or stalking a trophy buck through the cactus and mesquite of South Texas.  One thing I have learned through the years is that life is precious  and time on this earth is unpredictable.  Therefore, make the most out of it and enjoy!
