I am retired, and not taking private clients.  I am, however, interested in considering prospective seats on corporate boards of directors.  I have maintined my active bar memberships in Oklahoma and Texas, and would definitely consider serving on boards. My experience is in the energy business, as I served as Deputy General Counsel of ConocoPhillips.
