Mr. Brandt is an associate with Anderson, Klein, Brewster & Brandt. His  practice focuses on civil litigation and appeals, personal injury, criminal defense,  and domestic relations.  Mr. Brandt received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, focusing on Political Science and Philosophy. In 2007, He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln focusing on litigation. Liz is a 2015 Sterling Honors graduate from the University of South Dakota School of Law, where she graduated second in her class and served as Editor-in-Chief of the South Dakota Law Review.  While in law school, Liz also competed in a national trial team tournament in Puerto Rico and served as graduate assistant to the Dean and writing professors where she assisted in legal writing instruction and individually tutored first-year law students.  She was the recipient of multiple academic and writing scholarships and twelve Deans Awards for Academic Achievement, which are awarded to the student with the highest grade in each course.   Liz received her dual Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice and Political Science, with Honors, from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2010 and is native to the Kearney area, having graduated from Elwood High School.  Liz currently resides in Amherst.. Justin Sheldon joined the firm in August of 2016. Eric was born in Saint Joseph, MO. His father, Ronald M. Sokol, was a St. Joe attorney for decades who successfully argued a U.S. Supreme Court case while in his twenties (Wilwording v. Swenson). At six, Eric moved to the Parkville area of Kansas City and later graduated Park Hill High School as one of multiple valedictorians. He received a full academic scholarship to his undergraduate studies in jazz instrumental performance and composition in Los Angeles at California State University, Northridge. While attending college, Eric concurrently studied privately with drumming icons Peter Erskine (Weather Report, Jaco Pastorious Band, Diana Krall, Elvis Costello) and Gregg Bissonette (David Lee Roth, Santana, Ringo Starr Band).. Following college, Eric taught and played gigs; first in Los Angeles and then in the Ozarks region of Missouri.
