Marc Dobin founded the firm that is now known as DobinLaw, P.S. in 2008, after co-founding the law firm Dobin & Jenks, LLP in January of 1999. Prior to private practice with a law firm in West Palm Beach, Florida, Mr. Dobin served as in-house litigator for Prudential Securities Incorporated in New York.  The firm practices primarily in the areas of securities litigation, arbitration and regulation, commercial litigation, mediation and business advice.

Allan Bakalian’s practice focuses on environmental matters, real estate and land use, regulatory compliance, hazardous waste clean up, natural resource protection and environmental litigation.  He has practiced environmental law for over twenty years in the public and private sectors.  Allan was an Assistant Regional Counsel for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Seattle, Senior Corporate Counsel for Univar USA, a multi-national corporation, and has been advising and representing clients in private practice since 2001.  He has counseled and successfully represented individuals and businesses in numerous environmental, land use, enforcement, permitting and real estate matters and disputes, administrative appeals and litigation.  Allan is licensed to practice in Washington and Oregon, and represents clients in both states.. Allan lives in Woodinville, WA with his family.  He enjoys traveling and is an avid skier, squash and soccer player (and youth coach).
