They encouraged me to appeal three of my racial discrimination lawsuits to the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, and I was hooked. During the beginning years of my own practice, I was also fortunate to assist in the adoption of two of my nephews. Adoption law is very near and dear to my heart, and I have no greater pleasure than to help adoptive parents and their adoptive children..
