Nicholas J. De Blouw was born in Detroit, Michigan in 1985. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Wayne State University, summa cum laude, in 2008 and his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law, cum laude, in 2011.
