Her most recent assignment was in the Special Victims Unit where she prosecuted Child Abuse cases, Elder Abuse cases, Sex Crime cases and Child Homicides.. Throughout her career as an Assistant State’s Attorney, she prided herself on being a victims’ advocate, serving the citizens of Baltimore City by being a fierce, respected trial attorney with an unflappable demeanor. When a trial was not in the victims’ and the State’s best interests, she was able to successfully negotiate many plea agreements.. Prior to joining the Office of the State’s Attorney, Ms. Aaron clerked for The Honorable Wanda Keyes Heard and The Sylvester B. Cox in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
