I grew up in Northern California in Marin County and then relocated to Fort Collins, Colorado.  I attended the University of Wyoming where I received Bachelor's Degrees in Sociology and Criminal Justice.  I obtained my juris doctorate from the University of Wyoming and am licensed in both Wyoming and Colorado.. Before opening a practice in Laramie I worked at Fleener & Vang, LLC with Tom Fleener and Mike Vang who focused their practices on criminal law, while my focus was family law and criminal law.. Devon is active in a number of community and civic organizations such as the University of Wyoming Art Museum Board, and the UW Law School Advisory Board. She is a 2012 graduate of Leadership Wyoming.. Devon is a certified yoga instructor and teaches yoga in Laramie on a regular basis.. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, family law, and mediation.. Devon, her partner, Pete Gosar, and her 21 year old son, Isaac, live in Laramie and love to hike, read, backpack, mountain bike, and travel.
