I am interested in pursuing business opportunites in many different forms and discussing new ideas. I have made the Las Vegas Valley my home and I am very active in the local business community. I am one of the founding members of the Rebel Venture Fund, I was a member of Law Review, and I graduated Beta Gamma Sigma from the MBA program at the Lee School of Business.
Danielle J. Barraza is an associate attorney at Maier Gutierrez Ayon, PLLC. Danielle’s practice focuses on civil litigation including business, real estate, personal injury, and employment law in federal and state courts. During law school, Danielle served as a senior staffer for the Nevada Law Journal. Danielle also served as a law clerk for the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada’s domestic violence unit, where she provided legal assistance to domestic abuse victims going through divorce or child custody proceedings. While studying for her undergraduate degree, Danielle interned for the Assembly Judicial Committee at the 76th (2011) Session of the Nevada State Legislature, where she gained great insight into the law-making process and the measures affecting justice courts and civil practice and procedure.
