What is an odd skill you have? I can juggle and roller skate. But, not at the same time. I’ve been roller skating since I was a little kid. A few years ago, I taught myself how to juggle to help attract people to my kid’s lemonade stand. I was hoping juggling would bring customers to their stand. It did.. Do you have a bucket list item? To visit every baseball park in America. Current stadiums visited is at 11. I’ve got some work to do.. What is your all-time favorite movie? Saving Private Ryan. Not even a close second. I have never been more moved by a movie in my life. I can’t imagine the courage those young boys had during that war. It was just incredible, moving, and humbling. In complete contrast La La Land is my second favorite movie of all time.. Something quirky about you? Oh, my. I could give you a huge list. How about that I love the smell of brand new books. Sometimes I will go into a book store or library, open a book and smell the pages. Was that maybe too quirky to have shared?

Mrs. Salvatore-Perkins attended Santa Clara University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. She continued on to earn her J.D. from Santa Clara University’s School of Law in 2011. While in law school, she was awarded the Leon Panetta research fellowship, served as an editor on the Journal of International Law and served as a judicial extern in District Court. Mrs. Salvatore-Perkins brings a personal touch to her divorce cases by always making her clients feel comfortable even during very stressful and emotional times. She enjoys using her skills and knowledge to help those that are in tough situations. Ms. Salvatore is licensed to practice law in both Nevada and California.. I have practiced in the area of domestic relations law for more than 20 years and during this time have helped hundreds of clients with their family law matters.   I take pride in my work and take seriously the fact that most family law clients have little if any experince with the court system.  As a result, I try to represent the civil justice system in as positive a manner as possible.   This means being masterful of the facts of each case, forming reasonable opinions regarding the application of the law to those facts,  promptly addressing client concerns,  moving matters along without unnecessary delay or expense and being candid with clients regarding expectations, outcomes, timeframes and costs.. When not practicing law, I enjoy watching baseball, reading and travel. I am also an avid music fan and enjoy spending time with my husband and family.

For almost 15 years I have successfully represented thousands of clients in the areas of divorce, and child custody.   If there was a particular area of divorce law I excelled at it would be valuations of businesses and motions for change of change custody.  I think my undergraduate business decree helps my legal arguments with the former and being a mother helps with the later.
