I primarily practice ERISA, labor law, and general civil litigation. I joined my firm as a law clerk and became an associate upon being admitted to the Nevada Bar. Our firm focuses on union representation in unfair labor practice proceedings, election disputes, grievance processing, collective bargaining agreement negotiations, and general litigation needs.
