Rachel Sloane was born and raised in Las Vegas, but left her hometown to attend the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she obtained a Bachelors of Art in History in 2010. Rachel obtained her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, CA. While in law school, Rachel participated in numerous organizations including Teen Court,  the Children’s Rights Clinic, and worked alongside the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles to help citizens obtain their Cal-Fresh and other government benefits. In that role, Mr. Loftus regulated new securities offerings in Nevada, in addition to reviewing new investment advisor applications. Thereafter, Mr. Loftus completed his judicial clerkship, wherein he observed all stages of litigation, including numerous jury trials. Mr. Loftus has litigated cases and served in a general counsel capacity, advising on employment law matters, corporate governance, and alternative dispute resolution..
